CYC NSW organises a number of social events for your Orthodox Christians throughout the year, so keep an eye on our Facebook for announcements.
However, the annual inter-parish social event we host each year is our Great Night Out - a night of good food, lots of dancing and a bit of fundraising.
SPIRITUAL
The CYC organises a day trip to the Holy Monastery of the Holy Cross and Pantanassa Greek Orthodox Monastery on Mangrove Mountain to embrace a taste of Orthodox monastic asceticism.

CYC NSW has had a long history of spiritual retreats, and in 2018 the committee revived the practice by hosting the first retreat in six years. The 'Come & See' retreat brought together young adults from NSW, VIC, QLD and SA. We will be organising weekend retreats and day retreats to bring Christians together in the fullness of the Orthodox faith.
FESTIVE

The CYC Christmas Carols takes place the Sunday before Christmas in the starlit courtyard of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese.

The Carols are run by youth, but all are welcome to attend!
